Summer Fruit Pizza Delight

 

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 roll sugar cookie dough
    • 1 block cream cheese
    • 1 tub Cool Whip
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • Assorted fresh fruit of your choice (e.g., grapes, kiwi, banana, strawberry, blueberries, cherries)

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Flatten the sugar cookie dough into a large, even crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
    2. Bake the cookie crust for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
    3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
    4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
    5. Once the cookie crust is completely cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
    6. Arrange your choice of fresh fruit over the cream cheese layer, creating a colorful and appetizing design.
